How to Make a Glowy Face Through Face Yoga?

Face Yoga is a natural way to improve blood circulation, boost collagen production, tone facial muscles, and give your skin a healthy, glowy face  Regular practice helps reduce dullness, puffiness, and fine lines while enhancing your natural radiance.

Below is a step-by-step detailed Face Yoga routine for glowing skin 👇

🌿 Step 1: Warm-Up & Glow Activation (2 Minutes)

🔹 Palm Heat Press; Rub your palms together for 20–30 seconds until warm. Gently press them over your face and take 5 deep breath for glowy face
