Contact Hours: 240 Hours (Live Sessions in Presence of Teachers)

Non-Contact Hours: 60 Hours (Your self-practice/ study/assignment time)

Course Duration: 3 to 4 Months

Timing: Morning or Evening (Monday to Friday)

Session: 2 Hours Daily (Practical & Theory)

Language: Hindi & English

Batch Starting Date: Once in 2 Months

Exam: Online Assignment work Based

Requirement: Basic knowledge of Yoga
